Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, contact us at support@jimmy-uk.co.uk. Received orders may only be cancelled if the goods are returned unopened and in their original condition.

If you cancel your contract you will receive a full refund for the price of the goods and any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop (for example, using the goods before returning them to us.) We will pay the refund to you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, JIMMY-UK Ltd will refund the delivery charges incurred in. For all other circumstances, you the consumer will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
