1. JIMMY UK applies the warranty period of twenty-four (24) months on all products. Except it is assumed by UK and EU law JIMMY UK cannot be held liable for a warranty period longer than the period as defined by the manufacturers and suppliers. JIMMY UK respects the rights and claims the Customer has in possession.

2. This guarantee does not apply to Consumable Parts (regardless of the length               of the guarantee offered) or any defect in the goods arising from: fair wear and tear (such as worn out filters, belts, brush rollers, mains cables and  fuses); misuse; blockages; wilful damage; accidental damage; careless operation; negligence by you or any third party; use otherwise than as recommended by JIMMY-UK Ltd and the goods’ user guide.

3. When a product has a defect within the warranty period then please contact us via support@jimmy-uk.co.uk a return form will be sent to you. After the form has been approved, the product can be returned for repair. For a defect within the warranty period by the customers' own doing JIMMY UK will give an estimate of the repair costs that includes material and labor plus the costs for the return shipment. If the previous statement is true, any costs, which came into being will not be compensated by JIMMY UK.

4. Please note JIMMY UK (this website) deals with warranty requests for those who purchase on THIS WEBSITE ONLY. If the customer(s) has purchased a vacuum cleaner from other stores, we recommend you ask their customer service directly. 

Warranty on products will be rendered void when:

• The warranty period has expired.
• Inappropriate usage.
• When the product is not in its original state, for example, due to modifications.
• When the product has been used in combinations with accessories that do not support the product.
• Unsupported software or firmware.
• When a defect has been caused by the customer the costs for the repairs and shipment are for the customer to bear.

What is not covered by the JIMMY warranty?

• Normal wear and tear.
• Accidental damage or faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the JIMMY appliance which is not in accordance with the JIMMY Operating Manual supplied with your machine.
• Damage caused by use of the JIMMY appliance for anything other than normal domestic household purposes.
• Damage caused by use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the operating instructions.
• Damage caused by use of parts and accessories which are not JIMMY Genuine Components
• Faulty installation
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than JIMMY or its agents.
• Parts deemed as 'consumables' such as filters, brush rollers, belts, mains cables and fuses.

What is covered by JIMMY warranty?

Covering models supplied only via JIMMY-UK Ltd.

•  Repair or replacement (at JIMMY's discretion after inspection by JIMMY-UK Ltd ONLY) of your JIMMY machine, including all parts and labour.

• To request a repair please write an email to: support@jimmy-uk.co.uk
• Give the failure description with a short video or photos with also the serial number and the proof of purchase.
• Upon receiving your email, we will aim respond within 24 business hours.

• JIMMY genuine spares and accessories are developed by the same engineers who developed your JIMMY appliance.
